The staff was genuinely helpful, the room was functional and well-appointed. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the swim-up bar. The gardens were gorgeous here.

Well, it was a comfortable stay in the arenal area. We stayed in a double room complete with an amazing view, A/C and four pillows.

The staff were competent and attentive, no complaints. Very good service, stunning views of garden from my double room. I spent some time with welcome drinks in the superb swim-up bar.

Flexible staff, clean hotel, savoury breakfast. There was a good bar with plenty of different food, such as burgers, nachos, fries and pizza. Brilliant location, 21 minutes drive from the airport.

I enjoyed super staff and amazing interior. Everything was perfect as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was too small. A perfect beach, nice view. There was an elite bar and outstanding food at the gourmet restaurant.

Location and amenities were superb! Quiet bed, balcony and 2 TVs, tiny room. They had a quick check-in too. The beach was sandy and adjacent to the hotel.

Terrific personnel, fab food and drinks. Regular double room and fantastic views, nice bed. Automated check in and late check out. The hotel has prime location short walk to restaurants, hiking, La Fortuna. Also, arenal natura ecological park was situated on the doorstep.

no complaint, thank you for a very nice stay. the food and amenities were outstanding, i loved it. found in a pretty quiet area. and also there was adventure park, only 500 metres from the venue.

Incredible place, liked it. The attached restaurant was amazing, they served affordable food. The airport was 20 km away from here, pleasant location. Had tasty drinks in the main bar.

Free breakfast with lots of options, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and fairly clean place. Immaculate room with a rustic interior. Smooth check in and top notch service. Soft drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

The property was majestic and we had a very special stay. Try DISTINGUISHED dishes served at the outdoor restaurant. Also, the area was coastal.

Stylish building. Food was NICE with a huge variety alternatives. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore baldi hot springs. We enjoyed the pool.
